1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

8.2 Termination by m77

M77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

9 Liability Limit

10 Terms Amendment

M77 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to you via email, in-platform notification, or an update to this page at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the m77 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

11 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where m77 is licensed. The dispute process is as follows:

Throughout the dispute process, your account will remain active unless there are security reasons requiring a temporary suspension.
